I have been taking my cars to Big O for years and they have always done a great job for me. I thought I would throw a bit of a curve ball there way this last round when I took my 1965 Studebaker Commander to them. To my amazement they went right to work on it and had it running good as new in no time at all. I cannot say enough about the team of guys they have working for them. Really top notch!!!!

Sick of this place taking advantage of my wife!!!

Three times now, first they were supposed to fix the engine mounts and signal lights, They charged her but never fixed them and had to bring it in 3 times till they got it right. Then they did the brakes on her car, drove it off the lot and immediately hit a stop light but couldn`t stop, I guess they forgot a few bolts but damaged the caliper and the rotor and neither were replaced, they just tightened the bolts more... view more and sent us on our way. This go around with them, I told her to go to springville big o, but she was in a hurry so she just went to the nearest one, which was spanish fork still thinking they were all the same, All she needed was a new stem valve. She spent an hour waiting for them to put one on and payed them $19, got home and found out they never even touched it, it was still broken, so she took it back again and They told her she had to replace the pressure sensor also which was not true, in fact that is why I knew I needed a new valve cause the pressure sensor which worked perfectly told me to fill it up more. All I wanted was a $7 valve stem ,I know this cause I just looked it up,but instead I payed $96.06, Even though Pressure sensors for my pilot are only $20 which I also just looked up, and only take a few minutes to install, hell they do it all day. I can`t believe there are still businesses out there like this!!!
