LIAR-OWNED & OPERATED!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

The "Honest & Friendly" review was by THE OWNER himself! I have been lied to my face by Mike (the owner) 3 separate times!!! Although they still use Meineke labels, Meineke phone listings & will even call themselves Meineke while on the phone w/other businesses, this is NOT a Meineke Shop. I have a Meineke Car Care Maintenance Pkg to cover Oil Changes, etc. Each time Mike (the owner) agreed in a... view moredvance to honor the Pkg (since this USED to be a Meineke shop when I purchased the Pkg), and then each & every time AFTER the work was done, he tried to charge me! Each time he said he wouldn`t honor his word to provide the agreed service, unless I agreed to come back & pay him more money in future business. When I said that due to my treatment by him I would NOT likely be returning, his reply each time was, "Well, then I have no incentive to honor what I said." My fault for trusting & going back 3 times!!! I know nothing about cars & must trust the technicians. The staff at this location are GREAT - very friendly, answer all Q`s, will show you the parts on the car they are suggesting needs work & there is NO pressure to buy. But the OWNER can`t be trusted! Not worth my time & money when I can`t trust the owner of the business, & have to get harrassed by him for 15+ minutes each visit because he wants to go back on his word.
