they have horrible customer service, very rude and disrespectful and shoddy work. say they repair things they really don`t repair properly...i would never go there again!

I recently had my brothers car towed to Shadetree after it wouldn`t start. He had mentioned that it overheated and was leaking some antifreeze. They informed me that the engine was blown and would need a new one. Further, they asked for the title -- suggesting they could "take it off our hands". I had it towed to another place for a second opinion. It turned out needing a new water pump and one other mi... view morenor repair. Easily an eighth of the price we were expecting to have to put into it. I`m not sure if this was an honest mishap in diagnosis -- I do question such. Be cautious would be my advice.

I have a fleet of vehicles to maintain, I have used many different repair facilities over the past 9 years. I have been content with most and unpleased with a few. I have used shade tree exclusively for 3 years and have been very pleased. I have had a couple concerns, brought them up to the managers and had them addressed very fairly. They shoot me straight every time!

Go elsewhere. Tom the manager did not treat me well. Disrepectful and dishonest a deadly combination. They will never have me as a customer. Watch your back pocket!!

i have had a truck in there storage for about 10 years to see multiple items have been stolen under the hood and in the cab. they say they have security but i don`t belive them they will also not reimburst for the stolen items.
