We moved to Payson 4 years ago from California, and as luck would have it, needed a new mechanic 2 weeks later for our minivan. Our neighbor recommended Shaun at AutoWorks so I gave them a shot - SO glad I did! They were really busy, but gave me undivided attention when it was my turn, they explained everything they were going to do and why, and didn`t talk over my head(hate that!). The repair was reasonable and done... view more quickly. They also let me know about a couple of maintenance things, but weren`t pushy AT ALL about them. Since then, I`ve gotten to know Shaun(owner) and Brian the service advisor quite a bit and I say without reservation that they are the BEST, most upfront and ethical mechanics I`ve ever known. There was an issue one time with a repair they did, and they made no excuses whatsoever, and had it taken care of immediately at NO cost or inconvenience to me. Now THAT is impressive! A lot of places can take your money, some might even charge a little less, but when there is a problem, are they going to be there for you? I know for sure Auto Works is. Update: The new service advisor guy is TJ. Seems nice, I`m sure Shaun will make sure he takes care of me! :)
