Love these guys!
I love my Hillside Tire! They always greet me with a smile. They always get me right in. I never feel like they are too busy (even though they are always busy!). I took my car into them today because I have had a slow leak in one of my tires. They pulled out a huge screw, patched the whole, checked the tire pressure in the other 3 tires and did not charge me for the service! Did I say I love my Hillside Tire? Well, I... view more do! Thank you for always making me feel like your top priority.

Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Reasonably Priced
We have lived near Hillside Tire for 10 years. We asked for recommendations, and several people recommended Hillsid. We and many people in this area always use Hillside Tire. They are totally trustworthy. Several times over the last few years they have helped us identify a very small problem when it would have been easy to say it was something bigger. They have great customer service and we have never had a bad e... view morexperience. I did once have a wierd issue after a repair and they took care of it... it was something that didn`t end up quite right with the locking of the doors... I know it took some figuring out on their part, but they did it. They also paid the towing when they hadn`t connected our new battery correctly and it wouldn`t start. I offered to have our insurance reimburse since we have roadside service, but they said no... it was their fault and they would take care of it. Hillside Tire is the kind of Auto Repair shop everyone wishes they had, but most people never find. I know a lot of people who feel the same way I do about Hillside. Go there... you`ll be glad you did.

Fast, Honest, Good Customer Svc.
Wow, 20 years going to Jiffy Lube where they check off the blocks for the 15 pt inspection, but don`t actually do most of it: don`t vacuum, don`t air up tires (I used to whip out my tire guage after I`d paid and check the air which was just as low as it was when I brought it in...) Then I found Hillside Tire & Service! The guys at the counter are very courteous and professional. When I wait to speak to the coun... view moreter person, I hear remarks like ""yeah, I think If I pick you one up there, it`ll be cheaper for you"", or ""Ma`am, I am so sorry. I truly thought the car was done already. Here, please let me take you to work...I want to make this right. This isn`t what`s supposed to happen when you come here"". That`s called Excellent Customer Service. A test of how good a business is, is how well they try to make up for something that they do screw up. The guy at the counter passed that test with flying colors, and the woman got a free oil change, though I believe she declined the ride to work. I have them do all my oil changes and plan on buying tires there too. As women, we often get the ""female price"" for things. These guys seem so honest that I absolutely don`t worry about that here. They are always very busy....due to their reputation...but the longest I`ve waited is an hour on a busy day, and 20 minutes on a good day. I can`t say enough good things about these guys. By the way, when I first moved here, I asked a lady I met if she knew of a good auto place where I ""wouldn`t get screwed"". She knew exactly what I meant, of course, and directed me to HIllside. Very happy I found them. Oh, when you get your car back, it won`t be covered in black greasy footprints with black scuff marks on the door either.....(take that Jiffy Lube!)

Great, Great, Great
I have been going to these guys since I turned 16 and bought my first car and they have always been great. I have owned 7 different cars and I have taken each one to Hillside Tire. They are busy but it`s worth it to plan ahead take your car down early, like when they open because they have cars from the day before still, and you will get the best service in town. It may take a little longer but they will get the j... view moreob done right, and if they can`t the will tell you the best place to go, even if it means they lose your buisness. There parking lot is always packed but it`s not like they can do anything about it, they are great and a lot of people come to them so you just have to deal with it or go somewhere that is less than the best.

Busy because they rock!
I`m sad to hear about 4runner93`s experience. I`ve never had my oil done, but since 2001, I`ve been going to Hillside for any sort of car problem. They have had the same people working up front, and they know my name. Sometimes they`ll throw in a discount or under-charge me. They`re too busy to rip people off. I moved up to Clearfield, and I`m now anxious about going anywhere else.

BAD,BAD,BAD
First of all, the parking lot is triple parked so you feel awkward when you arrive and have no place to park. I have a problem with my drive train and they promised me they would get me a diagnosis the same day. I drop it off at 9am and pick it up at 5:30. They said they didn`t have the time to look into it and to come back in a week in and a half. (I really needed this work done because I`m trying to sell my vehicle... view more. ) Why didn`t they just tell me they were busy in the first place? I also had them do an oil change. After leaving I drive 2 blocks away and stop at a stop light and my oil cap goes flying off my car. They never put it back on the engine!!!!!!! Luckily I saw it go flying and was able to get out of my car at the stop light and pick it up. If I didn`t notice, it could have fried my engine. I`m never going back.
