Terrible Service and Incomplete Work

This business never completed the work I paid for, even after re-scheduling a second apt., dropping my car off for the entire day (as requested), and several follow - up calls. They did absolutely nothing to fix what I had paid them $325.00 to do. This location used to be great when they had a different service mngr., however the girl Kristy, who apparently tries to manage the work now, is terrible and has complete... view morely changed the shop for the worse.

Terrible service and experience!!!

They took two hours instead of promised one.
They took multiple smoke breaks and left car unattended.
At least five different guys worked on my car!
All I got was a brake pad replacement!
I was the only one waiting for my car to be fixed
Their free brake inspection took a whole hour the day before.
They told me I needed to replace perfectly good parts.
They are terrible,I will never be going back
