Very bad customer service! I wasted

Very bad customer service! I wasted like 3 lunch breaks getting approved for a loan to buy one of their motorcycles that they posted for $3990.00, Honda Sabre 1100. I told them that i was getting the loan. They even said they would hold it for me. On the day i received my check i was about to make the 2 hour drive to Ogden to finish the deal and they decided to call me and tell me it wasn`t ready for pickup an... view mored that they wanted to fix (""the perfect running bike"") before i came and that they were waiting for parts. I was surprised to see that two hours later, they posted the same bike on KSL for $5790.00. I dont know what they decided to fix on it but they raised the price over $1,700. Thanks for wasting my time getting approved for a loan. I sure love jacking with my credit score... Thank you SS Auto for not returning any of my phone calls, i sure love being ignored. Learn to treat your customers better or you will be out of business soon. No wonder the reviews i find are all negative. Seriously don`t work with them, they are a waste of time. Especially if you live far from Ogden.

DO NOT BUY FROM SS AUTO BROKERS

.SS auto destructed the property on the car i purchased from them and refuses to pay for it. Also the car has major tuning problems and they refuse to stand by the cars they sell. Ive put $430 into it in 4 weeks and still not done because they did not tell me that the car had after market parts that conflict with each other. They have lied to me at least 10 times that Ive caught. They removed my tint that i purchased... view more for it 2 weeks after i had purchased the car and didn`t even have the respect to tell me. I had to find out on my own. Chad told me that if i sew they will win because they have good lawyers who have settled out of court every law suit brought against them before. (hmmm.. i wonder how many that is....) This company is ridiculous. No wonder their BBB score is a D-.
