no no no- Steer clear!

Steer clear of their Volkswagon spervice dept. I had warranty work done several times on my 2003 convertible beetle- I took it in the first time for a faulty window mechanism. My window broke twice because of it. they would leave parts out sitting in my car that should have been put back in during the process of the repair and every time I picked up my car there would be something else wrong with it. No one cares- with the exception of 1 person (Carrie was great) They would keep my car for days at a time without ever letting me know anything- They are ridiculous!!! if you can help it don`t go there.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
