Terrible service

My truck wasn`t starting and i didn`t want to mess with it myself so i called around to see who would be able to get to my truck. I told them exactly what i thought needed to be done which was basically a tune up. Needed new distributor cap, rotary, plug wires and plugs. Morgan`s told me they thought I was wrong and they would diagnose it and it was the fuel pump more than likely, and would get on it first thing i... view moren the morning. I figured this is their job and they`re professionals so I left it with them. I call them the next day at 1 `o clock and they haven`t even looked at it, they tell me we`re about to get to it. I call them the next day 1 `o clock again, still haven`t gotten to it. So finally the next day they tell me yeah we`ve got it fixed, I come pick it up the only thing they did was tighten my grounds and charge me $25 which didn`t fix the problem at all, it barely started when i picked it up but i was so frustrated it took them 3 days to do nothing i just paid and left. Still having the problem I decide to fix it myself, and imagine that i was right and my truck is running great now. It`s sad when you`re not the most mechanically savvy person and you can diagnose better than an actual mechanic`s shop. I called them today to see if i could get my $25 back since they didn`t actually fix it and they hung up the phone on me. This isn`t the first time I`ve experienced shotty service from them. I`ll never take anything back to them and i strongly suggest you don`t either.
