After they get your money, they don`t give a hoot

I bought my first new car from Gunn Acura. As a potential customer, I was treated wonderfully. As soon as I rolled my car off the lot, they considered themselves done with me. During the test drives, I had noticed some static over the radio stations. When I mentioned it to the salesman, he advised that it was likely something minor with the anteanna and that they`d get it working correctly right away. I decided to bu... view morey the car and he promised that the radio would be working perfectly, and if I heard any more problems just to bring it back and they`d get it worked out. Silly me, I believed him. It`s now 6 years later and my radio receives static on San Antonio stations while I`m driving throughout the city. They were completely unresponsive to my requests for them to make good on their promise and get it working properly, almost as if it was my problem and they didn`t understand what I wanted them to do about it. Live and learn - I now realize you cannot take people at their word, and that holds true for Gunn Acura. I also took my car there for repair after a fender bender and they were so rude, unconcerned and unhelpful I drove it banged up and rattling to another place because it was so clear they did not care about me, my car or my business at all. Thanks Gunn!
