I would like to commend Mitch ...

I would like to commend Mitch Trimble for going above and beyond in helping us get into a newer vehicle. We are a growing family and needed something bigger than our Infinity G35... we found a Honda Odyssey and we fell in love with it. Our credit isn`t the best, but Mitch worked tirelessly to get us a great deal, even going so far as to call in favors for us. When we were test driving the vehicle, I swerved to miss a... view more dog, and ended up messing up the suspension and all sorts of other things on the driver`s side of the car. Mitch was gracious and accomodating...never once making me stupid for the accident. He assured me it would be taken care of... and it was. We were due to go on vacation, and because of the accident, our Odyssey wasn`t ready; they rented a Sienna minivan for us to take on our trip! Talk about superior service. I highly recommend working with Mitch to get into a new or used car... he is all about the customer instead of all about the profit!!
