I`ve got to say, I really felt like the guys at Reliable Transmissions went above what was expected. I was only free to drive my truck over to their shop on my lunch break and they offered to drive me back to work without me even having to ask. I was able to get set up with a rental car company which they offered a discount for, and only needed it for a few days while my trucks transmission was being rebuilt. David the manager was so helpful when I had some questions about the way my transmission was shifting on my Lexus ES and since I had never had a transmission issue before I was new to this. Having a transmission repair can be expensive, but Reliable Transmissions actually had the lowest transmission repair price out of the 4 companies I went to! Not only that, David was by far the friendlies to me, and showed the most knowledge when it came to a transmission rebuild for my Honda Accord. I gave him the go ahead to repair my transmission and I had it back in a fairly timely manner too!

I was driving home from a mini vacation to Fort Worth when my transmission stopped shifting through my gears and I couldn`t believe this was happening to me! My Chevy 1500 wouldn`t go into reverse so I had it towed to this shop in North Austin for them to look at for me. They had an awesome price and warranty that was better then what I was expecting. I`m so glad that I came here for my transmission repair.

My Lincoln MKZ wouldn`t go into reverse so I called a few shops near my home in North Austin. David seemed to be the most knowledgeable about this transmission and the common issues they have. I had it towed over to their shop for them to inspect it for free for me. When David gave me the diagnosis it was better then what I had expected so I was relieved and let them fix my transmission for me.

I had a very pleasant experience at this transmission shop that is near my house in Round Rock. I took my old classic Ford Cobra in here for a tune up and transmission fluid change. It was a great looking place with very friendly employees there.
