Rip Off

I took my 07 Chevy to this Firestone shop 7-12-09 to see if they could help me with my low beam head lamps which would not come on. When I pulled up to the shop I noticed there were about 3 or 4 techs on duty. There was only 2 others customers there. The man behind the counter greeted me and I told him my problem. He told me that he had a tech that could help me but it would cost me $96.00 an hour minimum if they fou... view morend what was wrong with my car. I know that I`m ugly but I`m not stupid. There is no way I am going to pay someone $96.00 to try and find out this problem with my car if it took them 5 minutes or 60 minutes. With today`s technology and the way the economy is I belive this is a rip off deal. I will never go back to this shop and I will make sure my friends and neighbors know Firestones stores just want your money not your business. Jackie Allen Waxahachie, Tx.
