I WOULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS RATING A "ZERO" BUT THAT ISN`T A CHOICE ON HERE. TO START WITH I PURCHASED 4 NEW TIRES FOR MY VEHICLE ON 11-24-12. TWO OF THE TIRES REMOVED FROM MY VEHICLE HAD LESS THAN 10000 MILES ON THEM SO FIRESTONE WAS INSTRUCTED TO PUT THEM IN THE BACK OF MY VEHICLE. THIS WAS NEVER DONE AND THEY CLAIM THAT THEY LOST MY TIRES. I TALKED WITH THE MANAGER PAUL AND ALSO TIM AND BOTH WERE LESS THA... view moreN HELPFUL. I WAS ASKED TO GO THROUGH THE TIRE BIN MYSELF TO FIND MY TIRES. MY TIRES HAVE NEVER BEEN RETURNED AND IVE RECIEVED "NOTHING" TO COMPENSATE ME.

Exceptional Customer Service

Having been frustrated trying to find an automobile repair service that I felt did good work and were trustworthy for many years, I finally gave Firestone a try. Initially, I used one of their centers in Beford that was less than a mile from my home and was most satisfied. The store manager at the time, Steve Mueggee, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me a thorough explanation as to what needed to be re... view morepaired on my vehicles with the intention of fixing only what had to be fixed. He was eventually transferred to the Watauga center. Even though I was satisfied with the service at the Bedford location, I decided to continue to bring my vehicles to Steve for repairs. The sense of trust and the quality of work that I receive as the result of Steve`s care is well worth the drive to Watauga. I highly reccommend them.
