Bad diagnosis at my expense.

I spent $700 for a recommended repair based on an overheating problem. Ploblem not resolved and I was told I needed to spend another $500 to actually have it repaired. I would not recommend them to anyone. I requested the dealership repair the second time at not cost to me. They said "No".

Bad Experience at Fernandez Honda

Please people...DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP. If you value your time, avoid Fernandez Honda. I visited the dealership to utilize the Cash for Clunkers Program and let staff know of this up front. After HOURS of negotiation (this DEALERSHIP refuses wholeheartedly to budge from the MSRP), it wasn`t until the very end of this horrific negotiation ordeal that I was informed my vehicle MAY not qualify because ... view morethe renewal of my registration sticker was 3 days late and therefore the rebate couldn`t be applied. The management consisting of David Boswell (Sales Manager) and Adam Clairborn (General Manager) must be incompetent if they truly do not know the details of the wildly popular Govt. program. Buyers, beware of this dealership. I personally will NEVER visit again. I`m normally not negative, but this place really brings out the worst in people. Take care.
