Not bad

Being from out of state we were delighted that the car was worked on immediately. At first the serviced advisor was sure she knew what the difficulty was... after describing it several times... I had to request that the service advisor try what I was saying... and then the problem was diagnosed correctly. She was also a little misleading on the total cost of the repair. While the parts she was talking about were in... view moreexpensive... the other part replaced plus the labor was more than we were expecting. I realize that $300.plus repair isn`t uncommon... but we were surprised. Overall we were pleased with the service.
