Unprofessional - talks smack about his customers to other customers in his waiting room - he even uses the customer names that he is talking poorly about. Doesn`t complete the job the first time around so you have to keep going back and force him to finish the job. Breaks other items on vehicles then complains that he has to fix what his business broke. Doesn`t put all the parts back on your vehicle and returns the v... view moreehicle with dirty, oily interior. At best he talks a good game but is really just a snake oil sales person. We recommend you stay away from Troy`s and visit any other shop in the Temple area.

Broken and missing

I like Troy he seems honest; however when I took my car to be fix (3 different times) something else was either broken from mishandling or things came up missing. When I brought up the broken parts, the cost had to be taken care of from my end or I just had to live with it, the last and final time things came up missing. Shame on me for keep going back but never again
