I entered the shop with collision damage. I exited with damage to my emission system. DON`T EVER SEND YOUR CAR HERE NO MATTER WHAT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wonderful customer service

This was my second experience with your shop and I will tell you each time has been a very good experience. TOYOTA EXPERTS - Outstanding service

If you are looking for service on a Toyota, look no further. The Lewsville,TX location gets all the business from Toyota, Lewisville(neighbors on I-35 south of Corporate Dr) and they are the regional experts on Toyota models. After having another SK location fix a rear and front damaged 07 Camry, within a year the bumpers were showing signs of misalignment. The service manager(Garrett Robinson) says this happens freq... view moreuently on 06-07 models and knew just how to repair. He had his technician put adhesive compound on the underside of the bumper which would harden and help the bumper hold shape where a design flaw was responsible for the unwanted flexing and apparent misalignment. He arranged for a rental car and fixed the issue under warranty, even though the fender, front and rear bumper were after-market parts(all the insurance would pay for) and SK could have declined responsibility....AND they had it done in one day. Remarkable? it is if Dallas, Texas had ice on the roads the day before. They could have put `paying` customers ahead of me in priority, but put their reputation first. Good Job Garrett !!
