Avoid these quack mechanics

On 9/12 I needed an oil change on my 07 Nissan Murano so I found the closest place on 1960. I usually go to the dealership, but didn`t have time to wait until the next weekend. They did the usual and Devin the assistant manager shown me my air filter and cabin filter and asked if I wanted them changed. Istated know so they installed them back. Today, 9/19 while coming from getting something to eat, my call started ru... view morenning sluggish, vibrating then stalled. I tried cranking it, same thing until it would not start. I looked under my hood and the air filter hose was completely loose. Therefore air was getting into the engine. I called the store and spoke to Devin and he was very non-chalant. Did not care and only stated bring it in and we`ll see what we can do. For what so you can f$ck it up again. I fixed it. I have no faith in this shop and I will be wrinting the corporate office.
