I know about cars myself and Ken is a reference book of car knowledge - he should write a book about all the nuances and tics he knows from working on all makes/models. I called and explained what was wrong with my car... he made it to my doorstep with no problems... he checked and quickly diagnosed the problem and then went straight to work fixing it which took no time at all... seemed extremely knowledgeable! I was amazed at the work and then became even more amazed when he told me the price... i wouldn`t go any other way in the future!!!!! Jon

Sure he is super busy and can be short on the phone.... but that`s because he is GOOD and everybody is trying to get him to fix their cars. My whole family has used Ken for years and would not trust anyone else to fix our cars. He is honest, FAST and simply THE BEST!!! IF you have to wait... the wait is worth it! I wish I could give negative stars Left me stranded for hours and hours and hours. Wouldn`t answer phones. Their two voicemail boxes were full. Got text messages asking for more info but they never even called back. Ended up calling local garage. Save your time and money. Get your car towed.

Mobile Mechanic Austin is Amazing. In the past, when my car battery has died, I have had to pay to have my car towed to a service station, pay the fee to have my battery checked out as well as paying the cost of a new battery. This person may well be a very fine mechanic, but as it turns out, you actually have to show up for the vehicle to be fixed. I live out of town but my pickup broke down in austin where I work. I called this person at 8 am and begged a ride to Austin where I was told to meet him at my vehicle at 10 am. He then remembers that he has work to do elsewhere but should be there by 1 or 2 pm.
