I`m always skeptical about trying a "new" shop but frankly I`ve had it up to my neck with all the shops in the Denton area. So when I came in to Master Transmission for my appointment I was more than a little overly watchful. Refreshingly enough though the Store was very clean, very knowledgeable and helpful staff who were hospitable to my wife and I. "CHARGED 378 JUST TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER LIKE IT WAS. THE MECHANICS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER AUTO REPAIR SHOP BECAUSE THE CAR BECAME WORST AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT" ......First of all i dont know about this person because shes obviously stated she diddnt want to fix her vehicle so they put the vehicle back "the way it was". I will be returning and I will recommend them to anybody. Im sorry this Lady had a bad day, but dont slander them because you didnt want to fix your car RIGHT.

Terrible Service + Liars and Theives

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND LIARS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION, AND ARE WILLING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN, SINGLE MOMS TO GET THEIR MONEY.
