Went there to look for a car they didn`t have what I was looking for but was getting one the next day which happened to be a Saturday. Went up there they hadn`t even cleaned the car out or anything and were rushing me to buy it. I ended up buying it and was told if I could get a lower interest rate then they would switch it over to the bank. They tried to sell me the car with the front end busted and the radiator den... view moreted. I signed an agreement saying they would fix it. The man that sold me the car told me to come back Monday and they will put me in something else while they fixed it. Went up there Monday and the guy wasn`t even there.....nobody knew what was going on. Finally they got the paper work and took my keys and put me in a SUV (I bought a two door car) with the big pre-owned sticker and all the papers on the windows. Of course the gas light was on so I spent 3 days constantly putting gas in it. They told me my car would be ready Wednesday. Never heard from them. Finally called back up there and told them I needed my car because I had an appointment to get my windows tinted. They said ok they would call when they got the part in.....took them a week in a half before they called me. Brought my car up there at 9:00am and dropped it off to get the radiator fixed....3:30pm rolls around and I still haven`t heard from them do I call....they told me they had NO record of my car up there. Finally they found it under someone else`s name. Then I had to call a day before my temp tags expired to ask about my plates. They told me that they had been in. I go the next day to get them put on and to get my inspection sticker and tags and they peel the old inspection sicker off then send me across the street to get a new one and they told me I could get it done today!!!!!! I was beyond pissed. I would not suggest this dealership to anyone horrible service and very rude!!

Awful!

I would not recommend this particular dealership! The whole time I was there I felt rushed and unappreciated. They clearly have one thing in mind! Money! Money! Money!

good hard working people

they have moved to 4602 St. Michael Dr. good looking building they showed me the best way to buy a vehicle. they have taking care of me from the start and will take care of me in the time to come good hard working people!!!!!
