Friendly, professional, fast

From petting the dog, to being served some ice tea, this service shop defines "friendly", professional, and fast. I have a Yamaha Stratoliner and it is a belt drive motorcycle. I had a new back tire to be installed. The technician was not rattled that I watched his work, and he answered all of my questions. He explained what this does, what that does. He never slowed down, yet was engaged in explai... view morening things. This is a great shop. The owner took pains to explain proper maintenance and that if I was planning a long trip, he would service the bike. I was impressed and appreciate the shop`s enthusiasm.
