I tried calling over 10 other places looking for the part I needed. Even though Clark`s didnt have it, the employee was extremely polite and left a good impression. I will be calling them first for any of my other needs. (3-15-12 @11am)

Dealt with this guy YEARS ago when I was in college and never forgot how badly I was treated! Have never once recommended his company to anyone in the 20 years I lived here - he was rude and condescending and has lost many referrals because of it.
