Don is the BEST! He is super personable and friendly and wants the best for all his customers. I needed the trailer hitch on my car fixed and he gave me a seat in his office, made sure I was comfortable in the AC, then did the job nice and quickly. One word......AWESOME! Top quality workmanship, conveniently located and the best price in the metroplex (I called every place from Dallas to Denton, including U-Haul!). Good old fashioned customer service makes this place 7 stars! I would highly recommend!!!!!!!

If you need a hitch for your vehicle, Dallas Hitch & Truck Accessories is THE place to go. Here you meet some friendly folks that are very customer oriented. I called the dealer for a quote and for timeframe to install the hitch on my SUV. I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 days for the installation and close to four times the amount I paid at Dallas Hitch. Don`s a great guy and does great work at a reasonable price. Made a special trip in to open up his shop just for us, cause my son was only in for the holidays. Can`t say enough about Don.

Excellent Service, Great Pricing!

Don the owner installed my trailer hitch today. He stayed after the shop is usually closed to install this for me. His price came in nearly $100 cheaper than his competitors. He is also fun to chat with. I would recommend his service to any friend that needs a new hitch. Thanks Don for the help.
