Two weeks after having work done on my car I decide to replace the pads on my rear brakes. The lug nuts were all on so tight that I could not remove them using the tools that came with the car. I had to use a breaker bar with an extension. If I were to have had a flat on the road I would have been stranded. I will find out on my next trip if damage was caused by this. I bought 4-tires a while back with part of the sales pitch being free rotation and balances. After 20K miles I returned for this service. It took over two hours. People coming in after be were given priority. Obviously because my order made them no money, Next set of tires will come from some where else.

Also during these 2-hrs I was not approached once by a salesperson to give me an update to say how muc... view moreh monger it would take. In the beginning I was told the wait would be 45min to 1-hr. They are not at all customer oriented except to take your money.
