We had our Pontiac serviced at Phase II and it as great, it was fixed within a couple days. We took it home and about a week later it stopped working. We took it back to Austin and he said it wasn`t covered under the warranty but since he didn`t catch it the first time we would pay for it. It winded up costing him $300.00 of his own money to fix our car. That shows that he really cares about his customers and want yo... view moreu back. I would recommend Phase II.
