AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! The owner is a fat, lazy, stupid, red-neck who is a liar! They said they would install some parts I couldn`t and overcharged me for service not performed. Then the owner (Zach) had the gall to chew me out for bringing my own part. REALLY? The guy is obviously bi-polar and it`s sad because Karen is such a nice person. BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE My mother`s SUV was having problems shifting into 2nd gear. She called Chassis by Zach and they told her a price of $99 for an evaluation of the transmission. After the evaluation was complete she was handed an invoice of $270. Of course she was prepared only to hand over $99. They have since refused to release her SUV and are threatening to place a lien on the auto. They never once explained b... view moreefore proceeding with the evaluation that the cost would actually be $270. We are now filing a claim with small claims court and hopefully making others aware of their shady practice.
