We have taken our car there on...

We have taken our car there on several occasions. The last time we were very disappointed. They had performed the work but we still had a problem with what we had taken it there for in the first place. We were selling the car and wanted to ensure the new owner got a car that was completely fixed. WE called again to have it looked at and they finally fixed the problem. But we had to pay AGAIN! for the same thing ... view morethey were supposed to have fixed in the first place. My husband let Vic`s mechanic know he wasn`t happy about that because it was the same work order. But didn`t matter he had to pay. We will not go back because we think this was unacceptable, especially for a customer they knew very well.

Dont take anything there, when...

Dont take anything there, when you are a new customer, they treat you well, but when you have an item thats not correctly fixed, you are treated like dirt. THey only want new money, dont stand behind their warranty

Less overhead expense creates savings for customers

Vic Montalbano, the owner, and Eric are excellent mechanics that know their business well and provide the best service at the fairest prices. These guys care about their work and their customers. I am fortunate enough to have met these guys. No big, lit up shop with costly overhead. No fancy signs or fanfare at all; that is not what these men are about. What they are passionate about is making an honest living an... view mored having a reputation of being knowledgeable and fair. I have four vehicles, two of which are driven by my four kids. It is affordable when you have someone honest and reliable to repair and maintain your auto! Vic`s Automotive does great work at a very fair price. Highly recommended! Tim Baker
