dont waste time and money

Jerry Knowles is a scam artist. Place will tell you diagnostics are free and then charge you $350 to pick up your car if you don`t want them to fix it. They never looked at my car and never answered my calls. Researched and found location(address on site wrong) and met a tow truck there after them holding my car for 2wks. Google reviews shows they do it to many others and BBB scored them at F. Go to a reputable shop

Pleasantly Surprised with this transmission shop

Great job done on my cavalier. My car is definitely a beater but it gets me to work every day. Or at least it used to before the tranmission started jerking. Jerry gave me the free tow was able to find a company to let me finance the repairs. Otherwise, I would not have been able to fix the car. Really happy with the work they did and the time offered to pay. I would have liked to have been offered a nationwide warra... view morenty. Regardless of the cost. The nationwide transmission warranty wasn`t offered to me by Jerry. I called to speak with him about it and he says he will get back with me. Hope so.
