Ive gotten the run around and did not know what was wrong with my car at the end. called these guys and turns out i diddnt need a new alternator, but instead ive blown out a fuse when id gotten a jumpstart and the postitive/ negative were crossed. for saving me hundered of dollars (3 dollar fuse) this is the least i can do. honest affordable and i reccomend it to my family. -Steve
