To be completely honest....

My experience there was fairly decent, if you minus the fact that I waited 3 hours at one point for a credit check. When the credit check came back, however, they were more then helpful. I test drove 13 cars and still could not make up my mind. They went along with it and helped me find the right car in my price range. Of course, the three hours I spent waiting I only mention because I was alone the entire time. Not ... view morehearing about the progress or the outcome started making me nervous. I am not a very patient person but I would have to say that the service I recieved after that was nothing short of great.
