Great place to order parts. The guys in their really know their stuff. The only problem I have ever had was with the service department. I`ve called tons and tons of times and never got through to a service rep. or even a normal mechanic. No, I`ve only talked to the front desk with them telling me that they still haven`t looked at it, even after 3 weeks of leaving our truck their. We understood there is to be a wait ... view morewith all the oilfield trucks and work they`re needing to do, but come on, its been nearly two months now and still no update.

Horrible Customer Service

A days work here in this BFE town takes two days. If you need your car fixed in fort Stockton do not come here they are not friendly and theyre more concerned about their extended lunch break than helping out their customers. The last time they won any kind of award for customer service was 1988 and it shows they are SLOW.
