Brakes are their specialty, huh?

I took my car up there just this week. We took it in about 8:30 am. They called us and said it would be ready in 15-20 min at 2:30pm. We got there at 3:30pm and they still hadn`t test driven it. I waited there until past 6pm to have them tell me they needed to keep it overnight. The next morning I came in and they said it was ready and safe to drive. I drove down the service road to the next light and almost got into... view more THREE acidents due to failed brakes. I took it back immediately and told them to test drive it. They said that my pads were crystalized. I asked "If you didn`t replace them, what did I pay $181 for?" So they gave me new pads and said it would take "awhile" to break them in. I`ve driven it over 90 miles now and they`re still not "broken in." I am very dissatisfied. If you care about the lives of yourself, your family and friends, and yes, your car, do NOT take your car to this location.
