Honest and helpful

I called Mike because I was having issues with my car shuddering at higher speeds after being towed. I assumed that the tow driver messed up. Mike told me to inspect the wheels and clean any mud that might be caked on the inside before bringing my car in.
He was right. He gave me the answer that solved my problem over the phone without a charge at all. Saved me the cost of a realignment from a less scrupulous shop... view more. So, while I can`t speak to a repair, I can speak for his honesty and ability to assess a problem from a mere description of the problem. I`ll be coming to Mike when it is in actual need of brake or alignment.
