Horrible service. The guy who was our "salesman" (Bobby) we saw for maybe about 5 minutes. We told him we wanted the car, and then we were passed around the building like cattle. We went from one person to for finance, another for trade-in, and then pick up, etc. It took forever to get my car (3 hours). The seat to the back of my car was loose, and they said they would give us an I.O.U. We never receive... view mored one, so when I called to ask them about it, they told us to call a Jeep dealership and have them replace it since it was still under warranty. Thank goodness for Clear Lake Jeepfor fixing it promptly, They were awesome! I originally financed my car through T.D.A., and then refinanced my car through a credit union. T.D.A. owed me money for gap insurance, and never told me or reminded me that they owed me almost $600. My mom works at a credit union and she does car financing, so she is the one who reminded me that they owed me money. If it wasn`t for her, they would still have that money. I had to call them and and tell them to send it to me. I have also yet to receive my registration sticker that I paid for when I bought my car. I purchased the car in December, and STILL haven`t gotten one. I have called several times, talked to different people who claim that it WILL be sent to me. One even said we will overnight it! Needless to say, I have yet to receive it, and that was 5 days ago! I`m still trying to get a hold of someone! T.D.A. has a wide variety of nice brand name cars, which is nice, but the service is awful. They take away that burden of being pressured to buy a car from your "normal salesman", but then put more stress on you in other ways!

Car was purchased, next day broke down, and I found out it was never serviced by Texas Direct Auto. Drove home to find out there was $2000 worth of repairs to be performed on vehicle purchased. Called the service tech Mike, at TDA, and he said the truck was NEVER serviced prior to selling it to me. I called Stephanie customer service rep the next day, waited another day for response, to have them reimburse me for the faulty brake system repair bill of $2000. She said Texas Direct Auto will not cover the repairs, because I didnt tell them about the problems, first, before the car was repaired. I just purchased the vehicle the day before, and yet they will NOT cover any of the repairs! Do not do business with the people. Take your business elsewhere.

Bought a 2007 Mercedes ml350 a few days ago. Took it to a dealership- there`s a power steering pump leak, rear shocks are leaking and font and rear pads and rotors are in major need of repair. $4000 of repairs- . Mine came with a 3 day buy back guarantee so I asked it to be repaired or I will sell back. Haven`t heard yet but I will update my review if it changes..... . I went to the Texas direct auto- sugar land to sell my car. This was my first time selling my car. It was really successful. I had some offers and estimates from different dealers and online buyers but they were all very low and much lesser than the anticipated price. I waited about 20-30 minutes, I received an offer that was higher than what $2000 higher than anticipated and I negotiated more and got the price increased by $800. I received the check in 1 hour and the provided me a taxi ride to my home.

I ran a CarFax (the industry standard) and it showed that the car had indeed been wrecked. ""Ray"" replied that CarFax was sub standard to Ebay`s ""Auto Check"" and therefore I was WRONG in my assessment. Ray proceeded to tell me that I could either buy from him, or go elsewhere. I went elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. Run the Carfax on EVERY used car before you buy!

These guys are complete scumbags and crooks. Like Brian, I still dont have my title after months and am looking at expired temp tags. The car was delivered in the middle of the night so I was not able to note every detail. When i finally was able to inspect the car in the daylight I saw some damage. Patrick, You are telling me once again the same story that I have been hearing from Texas Direct Auto employees for the past 3 months. Keep in mind that I bought this Corvette over 4 months ago. Do you seriously expect me to believe that your compan... view morey has worked diligently for over 4 months to apply to obtain a lost title from the State of Texas for my car? My insurance card is attached per your request. Since I have repeatedly asked for another temporary license plate knowing mine was expiring on 3/3/12, why is this the 1st time you or anyone else from your company has asked me to provide an insurance card? This leads me to believe that the temporary plate is being delayed by Texas Direct Auto personnel if the insurance card is truly a State of Texas requirement. Please provide me with the name and email address of your General Manager. I want to make sure that all parties are involved in resolving this matter to my satisfaction. My temporary plate expires on 3/3/12. If I am unable to drive the vehicle due expired plates caused by your companies lack of attention to this matter then I expect compensation in an amount to be determined by my attorney who is also copied on this email. In addition, I will expect her time to be compensated by your organization as well. There will be no more excuses or broken promises from you or anyone else at Texas Direct Auto as to why this is dragging on for such as unacceptable length of time.
