Treated my wife poorly

They initially told my wife she would need an hour wait for a simple vehicle inspection, which she accepted. After 90 minutes, she checked back, and they reported she would need to wait another hour, which turned into another 90 minutes. Totally unacceptable for a simple task. How do you think they would handle a more challenging task like changing oil or tires??? VERY disappointed. I feel like they took advantage of... view more my wife.
