Awsome service! I too had problems at another NTB. This is by far the best one in the area. Everyone is helpful, knowledgable, and professional. My car was fixed right the first time. I highly recommend this store. Brian is the manager, and he will do all he can to make you happy and a customer for life.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased (4) tires at a small local tire store in Lewisville TX and I have had a problem w/ the car vibrating once it reaches 60 mph ever since. I have taken the car back to them TWICE for "re-balancing" and they have never corrected the problem. I finally took the tires to BRIAN @ NTB on HWY 114 in Grapevine and he offered to balance them @ NO/CHARGE. All he asked was that if he did correct the problem... view more, that I would consider becoming a customer of NTB in the future. Well, I AM HAPPY to report that HE DID correct the problem AND I will surely consider using this NTB the next time I or anyone else I know needs tires...THX BRIAN
