This is an extremely horrible place! I went with my little daughter for state inspection, we checked in and then waited there from 3:40pm until 5:35pm, all people in waiting room were gone one by one and they shut the front door at around 4:50pm. It is ridiculous that nobody was working in state inspection area since about 4pm and they left my car and us alone. My daughter lost patient and I went to ask the manager w... view morehen my car would be ready, he kind of forgot us and asked me what was my car and where it was, then he lied to me his computer was down, I believe he is liar because I saw they were inspecting cars when I was waiting. At this moment my daughter completely lost patient and she wanted to go home, I blamed her, then terrible thing happened, the manager yelled at me to go out or he would call police right away. This store is at 8716 Ohio Drive, Plano TX75024 near 121 highway.

Unreasonable

I recently went to this facility and got an oil change only to find out later on that parts were not placed in properly. My auto needed to be towed to auto repair placed after smoking and leaking. After repairs i came back to this facility to request that they resolve this situations amicably and the guy shut the door on me. I do not recommend this facility.
