Be very careful!

I brought my daughter`s car in for service and was sold an oil change, air filter and diagnostic for a faulty fuel sensor. Imagine my surprise when I take the car to be serviced at a different company and am asked where my air filter is and why I was driving a car with no air filter? I responded that I had purchased a new air filter with an oil change at Kwik Kar Lube and Tune in Sherman, but evidently they had fai... view moreled to install a new one. When I called the manager about this I was told that he would do some investigation on the subject and get back with me. Almost 1 month has passed and no word. So I feel that I need to give a negative review for this service and pray that I have no lasting damage to my car for their neglect. --Gene Amerson
