Service Repair Not Honored

Found myself abandoned in Pleasanton with a brand new defective fuel pump from Autozone. Pursche motors got my Cadillac going after a blown fuse box. Only to find my tail lights out. Took my truck to Allen Samuels GM CC TX and was told The work done to the fuse box was careless and most of the connections were left loose, causing more shortages in my electrical system. Called them back to tell them their work was no... view moret done right. Albert the Supervisor told me they did nothing wrong and hung up on me! I hope no one else gets swindled from this dealership!!

I looked at a used vehicle on ...

I looked at a used vehicle on a weekend and came back the next day to purchase the vehicle like I said I would. The paperwork said a certain milage which was the milage when I test drove the car - to my surprize the actual milage was 157 miles more. Where did they drive this truck in less than 24 hours when they knew I was coming back for it? Shame on me for not checking out the milage before signing the paper wor... view morek and giving them the check. Also they said they would overnight the registration and I am still waiting for it. Maybe I should have bought my vehicle from someone else. Like the old saying goes "Buyer Beware".

Stay away from this dealer.

Bought used pickup about 60 days ago. They can`t or won`t deliver tags, title, or paperwork. I have filed complaint with Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
