I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP (IF THATS WHAT YOU CALL IT) AND HAVE BEEN LIED TO AND HAVE HAD A 2006 MODEL VEHICLE BE TURNED IN TO A SALVAGE/DAMAGED FRAME VEHICLE. I FINANCED IT AT 18000.00 AND FOUND OUT A YEAR LATER AFTER HAVING IT APPRAISED THAT IT HAD BEEN ON A MAJOR ACCIDENT AND HAS A BENT FRAME REPAIRED AND THE CAR HAS HAD NOTHING BUT MAJOR PROBLEMS.THEY WILL NOT WARRANT OR COVER ANY OF THEM. Unprofessional and Negligent

I do not recommend buying a car from this business. They are completely unprofessional and lack any kind of client respect. On several occaisions I was spoken to in a condescending tone. If you go there, make sure that ALL of your paperwork is legal and on the up and up. They will tell you that you are approved, give you the paperwork, let you leave the dealership with the car and a smile. Then two weeks later, ... view moretell you that it wasn`t approved and that you need to bring the car back...meanwhile, there is no paperwork that states they can do this. When I found out why I wasn`t approved, the bank said that the dealership failed to turn in all of the paperwork. Then the dealership said that when I returned the car, I would get my deposit back. When I returned it, they said the check was in the mail. I have never received it. Everytime I call the place, they tell me I need to speak with the owner, Steve. But everytime I ask for Steve, he is out of the office, at an auction, playing golf (yes, they said that) or on vacation. I have left message after message and still nothing. I am now taking legal action and sending out a red flag to consumers about this place. I urge you to think twice before doing business with them. FYI....they are affliated with a place called Auto Locators of Texas (so don`t be fooled).
