Long wait
I called ahead and asked for time estimate for an oil change, and also best time to drop by for less wait time. Estimated time was 35-40 minutes and 11am will do - beat the lunch crowd. I checked in @ 11:08am and did not leave until 12:50pm. 1hr. 40min waits on an oil change?! The place wasn?ˆ™t crowded at all. The representative gave me a $10 discount for inconvenience and that was nice and considerate of him but... view more I do not appreciate this long wait at all. There must be a better way to run a business and value their customers` time.
