Manager is a nightmare!

DO NOT buy a car from this lot. I don`t have any experience with the other lots but the manager at this one is a NIGHTMARE! She acts like she is God Almighty and gives you a hard time about everything. She talks down to you and she is very rude. I can`t find anyone that is above her so I can speak to them no one will give me the number to the higher up! She doesn`t speak english very well and she refuses to talk... view more to me in english. She is definitely someone who has a little power and just stretches it to the limit. And since there isn`t anyone that she has to answer to you`ll get no where fast! Don`t buy a car from here they are a piece of crap, and then they let you finance the repairs. Once you do that and get the supposed 3 month warranty they give you the run-around and blow you off! Horrible she needs to be fired!
