STAND`S FOR (S.A.C.-OF SH*T)

Came to SAC to have my front suspension looked at because of a loud noise. Was introduced to a Greek man whom never got his name. He diagnosed my car (2005 VW jetta 2.5L) with a bad right front wheel bearing. And they said they would order a part and it would be there in the morning. Which now i find to be suspicious. So they called me at 10am the next morning and said my car was ready. The labor to change a wheel be... view morearing is around 3 hours. That means the part that was ordered probably around 5pm the day before had to be in the mechanics hand by 7am to have the car done by 10am. So im 90% sure that was a scam, and a new part was never installed into my car. I get the car the noise is still there nothing has changed. I dont see the greek man anywhere. turns out he doesnt even work there. when I complain about the car, they now say the problem is my CV joints, and want to charge me $600 to fix them. I basically tell them to go to hell and how they screwed up in the very beginning with having someone who doesn`t ever work nor represent them in anyway diagnose my vehicle. They proceed to tell me that they will pack my CV joints with grease which will hold me over until i can afford to come back and replace the CV`s. I took it as there, ""make-up"" for screwing with me before. So I leave the car there over night again. I come back and test drive the vehicle with one of the mechanics. The noise was still there but less significant which told me the CV`s definitely were the issue. The mechanic that was in the car with me told me this is just temporary and would only last 30days or so. I pull back up to the shop and the other mechanic, Javier, tells me that they found the problem with the car and fixed it permanantly and want $65 in payment! when I was just told by the other loser that its just a temp fix. WTF?! I told him to check with his co-worker before he tries to pull a scam and rolled up my window and took off. The shop guy, Javier, has the knowledge of a 2 year old. And the owner doesnt even speak English. The $280 I spent there is a loss now.

Fast

I had a problem with the flood and the insurance wouldn`t work for me, they got me back on the road with the amount that it would cost just for the deductible of the insurance. Thanks guys!

Dissatisfied

I had a transmission rebuilt at agean autoworks only to have it break down five months later. When the transmission was rebuilt, the mechanic guaranteed the work up to a year, but they denied this promise when my transmission broke down and were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to me and my uncle when we called to inquire about the car and transmission. The mechanic even hung up on my uncle (a veteren mechanic in At... view morelanta) when he called to ask if he could send a part that might help fix the transmission. I would certainly not this shop to any woman or racial minority.
