We have used Clarke`s forever....

We have used Clarke`s forever... Unfortunately, that relationship will be no longer after this past experience. They fixed the initial problem we took our truck in for, but unfortunately, broke our backup camera and then never fixed it. It was something that worked when we took the truck in and then when we left, it was broken. We tried contacting them, they claimed they would fix the problem, and then stopped return... view moreing phone calls about our issue with our truck. When we finally were able to get in contact with them again regarding this issue, they told us to get it fixed somewhere else. It is something Clarke Collision BROKE, and then did not take responsibility for. BAD business. We tried staying local and with small business, but unfortunately, we will NEVER recommend them or use them again.
