Great Customer Service--on Sunday!

I was leaving Downtown Dallas for a 5 hour drive home on a Sunday afternoon when the valet attendant pointed out my tire was almost flat. I checked around for a place that was open and found NTB. I aired the tire up enough to make it to NTB on I-20 in Arlington. We had bought numerous tires from NTB in years past, but this particular set (still under warranty) had been purchased at a Honda dealer in another state. Th... view moree NTB guys patched my tire and in 30 minutes I was safely on my way. Oh, and they didn`t charge me a thing! I have always thought NTB was a convenient and economical choice, but now I see them as a company that sometimes just takes care of something to be nice. That is a way cool thing in this world--and I will go out of my way to give them my business next time I need tires.
