Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Their prices are extremely high on top of the high interest rate you pay for the car loan (if you are a customer with credit challenges). JD Byrider also does not offer any grace period. This company is the epitome of a "tote the note" dealership. If you do not pay your note by close of business on the day your note is due, they will put your account in del... view moreinquent status...even if you`ve been paying in full and on time every pay period for more than a year. Their customer service is non-existent. I will NEVER do business with them again. There are other dealerships in town that work with credit challenged customers and that at least give a standard grace period for late payments. STAY AWAY
