They don`t really "diagnose" the problem, they just make a wild guess and go for it. Meanwhile you are out $$. I`m not a rich person and cannot afford to have someone work on my car that doesn`t know what they are doing. Please, if you have any common sense at all, run away from this place and go someplace else that has a reputation for getting the job done RIGHT the FIRST time.
