Ive read the other reviews and I want to point out that my experience was with Just Brakes Killeen Tx. Ive had some bad experiences with my car in Killeen Tx. Im happy to say that Just Brakes were not among them. I took my car into Just Brakes needing more work done than just brakes. I received excellent customer service. I felt very confident that the mechanics knew their job well. They gave me detailed exp... view morelanations of work needed before starting. They completed their job well in a very timely mannor and above all I felt that the work they did was needed and not just to line their pockets. The manager actively took time out to come and explain procedures to me and tell me my options in a way i could understand, they left me feeling very confident in their work. As a military spouse who has to fend for herself often I am so very happy to find car mechanics who take pride in their profession. Well done Just Brakes .

JUST BRAKES

NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO JUST BRAKES. They are rip off`s and will make your car worse then what it was. My brand new truck was contaminated by them and was not drivable for almost a year. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and found out that all their certificate are old or expired. Their customer service up to the regional managment is horrible!!! They contaminate your brake system then tell you a lame story that ... view moreit was an oil change that did it. They take no responsibility for faulty workmanship or endangering lives on the road. If you are in this situation as I was file with the BBB. I won and Just Brakes paid for my dealership to fix my truck the right way with quality materials not the substandard crap they use!! Save yourself the trouble and headace take your car to the dealereship; you may pay more but its your life that matters and others on the road.

NEVER GO HERE!!!

We took our car up there for new breaks, because our breaks were squealing. After the check, they called us to let us know that our charges would be over FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! This is ridiculous. They want to do things that are not necessary. After we read the above review (while our car was in their care) we got worried. Once called and told the price and BALONEY we asked to come get our car.. this is OUTRAGEOUS!!... view more! DO NOT GO HERE!!! However, their staff was very friendly. But thats it. Maybe just to con us in to get our hard earned $$$.
